How are bubble bags produced?

Raw material preparation: The production of bubble bags mainly uses a thermoplastic material called polyethylene. These particles need to be melted and extruded at a certain temperature and pressure to form a membrane material for bubble bags. In addition, auxiliary materials such as colored or transparent coatings, printed patterns, etc. need to be prepared for packaging.

Extrusion and cooling: Melted polyethylene particles are put into an extruder for extrusion. After extrusion, impurities are filtered through a screen filter and a melt filter, entering the T-section. After heating and mixing, the material temperature is uniform and the liquid level is stable. Then, it is extruded into shape through the die head and cooled to form a film material for bubble bags.

Embossing and film composite: The produced bubble film material is embossed by the embossing machine to form small protrusions on its surface, which has a certain anti slip effect. Then, the bubble film is combined with other materials such as colored film, transparent film, aluminum foil film, etc. to form a multi-layer composite film, increasing the tear resistance, moisture resistance, and waterproofing of the bubble bag.

Bag making process: Roll the composite film onto the bag making machine, and cut, seal and shape the foam bag. Driven by the coil sprocket, the raw material of the bubble bag is automatically fed into the bag making section of the machine. After heating and pressure treatment, a complete bubble bag is formed.

Packaging and storage: The produced bubble bags are packaged by specialized packaging machines to maximize product quality and prevent contamination. Store the packaged bubble bags in a dry, ventilated, and sun proof warehouse.
